本次大會委託「中華民國計算語言學學會 (ACLCLP)」代收信用卡款項,系統連線至台北富邦銀行頁面。

The conference has commissioned the Association for Computational Linguistics and Chinese Language Processing (ACLCLP) to collect credit card payments. You will be redirected to the Taipei Fubon Bank payment page.

  • 信用卡交易明細單的消費說明欄將為「ACLCLP」,而非主辦單位名稱。
  • 刷卡完成後,系統會自動將交易資訊回傳至報名系統。
  • 若有報帳需求,請於報名系統完整填寫「收據抬頭」、「統一編號」。
  • The transaction description on your credit card statement will appear as "ACLCLP" instead of the organizer's name.
  • Once the payment is completed, the system will automatically transmit the transaction information back to the organizer.

報名研討會
  • 請勿重複註冊。
  • 若您以學生身分報名研討會,請攜帶學生證至現場出示,以完成報到手續。
若您有投稿論文,請詳閱以下注意事項:

 

1. 報名前,請先至「論文投稿系統」完成投稿,取得「論文編號/Paper ID」,再完成報名手續。
2. 若您投稿超過一篇論文,請務必填入每一篇論文之編號。
3. 您的論文獲研討會接受發表後,請務必完成報名、繳費手續,否將不納入研討會議程。
4. 若報名者投稿且獲本研討會接受發表,即代表同意將摘要同步收錄、公開於研討會論文集、研討會網站、研討會手冊等電子或紙本刊物,以利學術交流。
  • Please do not register multiple times.
  • If you register for the conference as a student, please bring your student ID to the venue for registration.
If you are planning to submit a paper, kindly note the following points:

 

1. Submit your paper first via the “Submission System,” and note down your paper ID (four-digit number). When registering, enter the four-digit paper ID (which can be found in the submission system) in the “Paper ID” field.
 
2. If you submit more than one paper, please make sure that you include all of the paper ID numbers.
 
3. Once your paper has been accepted for presentation at the conference, please complete the registration and payment process. Your paper will not be included in the conference program if you do not register or complete the payment.
 
4. Your submission and acceptance for paper presentation indicate that the conference has your consent to publish your abstract in the conference proceedings, conference website, conference handbook, or any other electronic or printed materials for academic exchange purposes.
