本次會議鼓勵下列徵稿主題，但亦歡迎廣泛的科學教育相關議題：
The conference calls for papers may include but not limited to the following broad topics related to science education:

投稿須知 Submission Notes
投稿者須提供摘要與審查用研究短文，依指定格式投稿。
Contributors must provide an abstract and a brief research paper for review in the specified format.
中文摘要需控制在 500 字內，不超過一頁；審查用研究短文需控制在三頁內。
Abstracts are limited to 300 words; brief research papers should not exceed 3 pages.
審查用研究短文需包含：研究目的、研究重要性、研究方法、研究結果與討論、關鍵圖表及參考文獻。
Brief research papers should include: purpose, significance, methodology, results, discussions, key figures/tables, and references.
研究短文僅供審查使用，主辦單位不會以其他任何形式運用此文件。
Brief research papers are for review purposes only. Organizers will not use this document for any other purpose.
發表形式包含論文口頭發表與互動式海報發表，由審查團隊依研究狀態決定發表形式。
Presentation forms include oral presentation and poster presentation, determined by the review team based on research status.
論文獲接受後，即代表同意將摘要收錄於研討會論文集、網站及手冊等電子或紙本刊物。
Acceptance implies consent for the abstract to be published in conference proceedings, website, and manual in electronic or print form.
科教學會設立「最佳科學教育研討會論文獎」，申請者請於徵稿期間將完整論文電子檔寄至學會秘書處。
The association offers a Best Paper Award. Applicants should submit a full paper to the secretariat during the submission period.
因投稿踴躍且收到多方延期請求，投稿截止時間延長至2026年8月31日 23:59，敬請投稿者把握時間完成投稿。
Due to overwhelming response and numerous extension requests, the submission deadline has been extended to August 31, 2026 (23:59). Please make sure to submit your work before the deadline.
審稿結果通知
Review Result Notification
預計於 10/20 至 10/31 期間以 E-mail 通知，結果分為以下三種：
Results will be notified by email between October 20–31. There are three possible outcomes:
國際學者提前審查申請 Early Review for International Scholars
為協助需要提早辦理簽證手續的國際發表者順利來台，大會特別開放「提早審查」機制
To assist international presenters with early visa applications, we offer an "Early Review" option.
適用對象 Eligibility
需提早獲取錄取通知辦理簽證之海外投稿者。
Overseas contributors needing early visa notification.
申請方式 How to Apply
請國際投稿者於 6月30日 前投稿，並將投稿編號 Email 至 symp.gisentnu@gmail.com，審查通過即發放 會議邀請函 以供簽證申請。
Please complete your online submission by June 30. After submitting, email your submission ID to symp.gisentnu@gmail.com after completing your online submission. An official invitation letter will be issued upon acceptance.
審查時程 Review Timeline
預計於 8 月中旬以 E-mail 通知審查結果。
Results will be notified via email by mid-August.
注意事項 Note
發表形式（口頭或海報）仍由審查團隊決定。
The presentation format will still be determined by the review team.
論文口頭發表 Oral Presentation
各場次邀請相關領域專家一人擔任主持人與評論人，將以英文或中文的多場次發表平行進行。
經本研討會通知錄取為「論文口頭發表」者，請依循以下發表規則：
1.口頭發表時間20分鐘，包含15分鐘報告及5分鐘提問交流
2.論文經 E-mail 通知錄取後，請至少 1 位作者繳納報名費，並於發表當天完成報到、口頭發表，大會方將頒發「發表證明」給投稿者。
3.詳細發表須知即將於11月中旬公布。
All papers presented in the oral presentation have undergone a public call for submissions and anonymous review process. Each session will invite an expert in the relevant field to serve as a moderator and reviewer. The presentations will be conducted in parallel in both English and Chinese.
For those who have been accepted to present their papers orally at our conference, please follow the presentation rules below:
Oral paper presentation sessions will be allocated 20 minutes. This comprises 15 minutes for the paper presentation time and about 5 minutes for questions and discussion time.
Participants are requested to upload their presentation files before the start of the agenda.
互動式海報發表 Poster Presentation
為促進學術交流，海報發表以互動式之形式進行。
經本研討會通知錄取為「互動式海報發表」發表者，請自行製作並輸出 A0 海報，於海報發表時段在現場講解海報。
論文經 E-mail 通知錄取後，請至少 1 位作者繳納報名費，發表當天完成報到和張貼海報，並於發表場次中現場講解海報，大會方將頒發「發表證明」給您。
詳細發表須知即將於11月中旬公布。
If you have been accepted as a presenter for the “Poster Presentation” through our conference notification, please interact with the on-site participants and provide explanations about your poster during the (A) or (B) time slots.
ASET Outstanding Paper Award
最佳科學教育研討會論文獎
為激勵研究者於科學教育研討會中發表及分享其研究成果，科學教育學會提供會員申請「最佳科學教育研討會論文獎」。
To encourage scholarly exchange, ASET invites members to apply for the Outstanding Paper Award. Submit your full paper to the secretariat to be evaluated by our expert committee. Winners will be honored during the conference.

Is it necessary to submit the full paper?
不需要！若只是想要發表，僅需要摘要和審查用短文即可，除非想要報名「最佳研討會論文獎項」，才需要提供全文至學會信箱（2026aset39@gmail.com）唷！
No! If you only wish to present at the conference, only an abstract and a brief research paper for review are required. A full paper is only needed via email if you wish to apply for the Best Paper Award.

投稿是否採用「盲審」機制？作者資訊該如何填寫？
Is the review process blind? How should author information be listed?
本研討會「非」採用盲審機制。請參考「寫作範例與指引」，透過範例檔案您可了解，作者需在文件上方明確列出所有作者姓名與服務單位
The review process is NOT double-blind. Please refer to the "Submission Guidelines & Templates" and clearly state the names and affiliations of all authors at the top of the document.
投稿後，接下的流程是什麼？所有作者都要繳費嗎？
What are the registration and presentation requirements once a paper is accepted?
【審查結果】稿件審查結果預計於 10/20 至 10/31 期間以 Email 通知。
【報名繳費】若稿件通過，每篇稿件須至少有 1 位作者報名繳費，始納入大會議程（收費標準請參考：報名資訊）。
【發表證明】確認您完成發表後，將於會後寄送電子發表證明。
Review results will be notified via email between October 20 and October 31.
Once accepted, at least one author per paper must complete registration and payment for the paper to be included in the official program. Co-authors are also welcome to register and attend! Certificates of presentation will be issued after the session on the conference day.

註冊投稿系統時，信箱一直沒有收到帳號確認信，因此無法設定密碼和投稿，怎麼辦？
What should I do if I haven't received the account confirmation email after registering for the submission system, and cannot set a password to submit?
請嘗試以下步驟處理：
1. 請檢查並確認垃圾信件匣。
2. 部分學校網路防火牆可能會阻擋來自中研院系統的自動信件，建議改用個人行動網路／家用網路再次嘗試。
3. 嘗試在登入頁面將「密碼留空」直接送出，讓中研院系統重新寄發「重設密碼信件」。
4. 若上述方法皆無法解決，請直接將稿件檔案寄送至symp.gisentnu@gmail.com，由大會將稿件上傳至系統。
Please try the following steps:
1. Check your Spam or Junk mail folder.
2. School network firewalls may block automated emails from the Academia Sinica system. Please try switching to a personal mobile network or home Wi-Fi.
3. Leave the password field blank on the login page to trigger the system to send a "Password Reset" email.
4. If the issue persists, please email us directly with your manuscript file attached, and the organizing committee will assist in manually uploading your submission.
