關於會議

為促進科學教育學術研究成果分享交流，中華民國科學教育學會（ASET），每年定期協調各師範大學與教育大學科學教育相關系所輪流承辦「科學教育學術研討會（科教年會）」。

2026年度由國立臺灣師範大學科學教育研究所辦理2026年第42屆會議。並獲東亞科學教育學會（EASE）的授權認可，將持續過去多年來已奠定的國際學術交流合作的基礎。

除了邀請國際知名學者擔任專題講座，吸引EASE會員國的學者與研究生參與外，本年度科教年會將更擴大招募東南亞國家科學教育領域研究者與會發表，透過專題演講、座談、論文發表等多元的交流形式促進在地與國際科學教育學者、研究生與科學教師之間的交流。

面對氣候變遷、公共衛生危機等全球性挑戰，讓科學教育對所有人而言都變得可及且切身相關，比以往任何時候都更加重要。

「Science Education for All」這一理念強調為不同背景與能力的人們提供公平且具包容性的科學學習機會。這種做法將打破種族、性別、社經地位等因素所造成的教育障礙。同時，我們正處於錯誤資訊與偽科學無限制擴散的時代，這些現象正在侵蝕社會大眾對科學的信任。

因此，科學教育不僅需要培養公民基本的科學素養，還必須能帶領公眾進行批判性思考，提升媒體判讀能力，並讓大眾了解科學本質上是一種社會性的知識建構過程。

為回應這些需求，本研討會以「Science Education for All」為題，期望讓國際與在地的專家交流如何發展並深化具包容性且有影響力的科學教育。這項活動旨在連結全球視野與在地脈絡，受邀的國際講者將探討科學教育全球性的挑戰與創新，而臺灣與東亞的與會者則分享區域經驗與因應之道。

研討會的核心議題包括推動科學教育領域的多元、公平與包容（Diversity Equity Inclusion,DEI）、強化科學溝通與公眾參與、透過教育揭露並遏止錯誤資訊，以及增進大眾對科學的信任。

我們歡迎學者、教育工作者、政策制定者、科學傳播者與新聞媒體人士參與這場跨領域對話，共同討論如何讓科學教育更加大眾所及、更具公平性，並更加值得社會信任（促進科學教育的可及性、公平性，修復科學與社會的互信關係）。

透過這些對話，本研討會期望激發更多合作與創新，確保科學教育真正惠及每一個人，無論身在何處。

About the conference

In the face of complex global challenges – from climate change to public health crises – the importance of making science education accessible and relevant to everyone has never been greater. The notion of “Science Education for All” underscores a commitment to equitable access for individuals of all backgrounds and abilities, breaking down barriers related to race, gender, socio-economic status, or any other factor. At the same time, we live in an era where misinformation and pseudoscience can spread unchecked, undermining public trust in science. This reality calls for science education not only to impart knowledge, but also to equip all citizens with critical thinking skills, media literacy, and an understanding of science as a collaborative social process for building reliable knowledge.

Responding to these needs, the upcoming conference will provide a platform for international and local experts to exchange insights on fostering inclusive and impactful science education. This event aims to bridge global perspectives with local contexts: invited speakers will explore worldwide challenges and innovations, while participants from Taiwan and East Asia share regional experiences and solutions. Key topics include advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in science education, enhancing science communication and public engagement, combating misinformation through education, and strengthening public trust in science.

We welcome scholars, educators, policymakers, science communicators, and journalists to engage in this cross-disciplinary dialogue on making science education more accessible, equitable, and trusted by all. Through these conversations, the conference seeks to inspire collaborations and innovations that ensure science education truly benefits everyone, everywhere.
